Pick up request generated on 10.10.19
The courier company picked up my bluetooth speaker on 14.10.19
After that there is no status update about my product.
When i try to track my shipment it shows no details available.
The courier company is unaware of the shipment.
Boat complaint portal is not updated nor they respond to my emails nor the customer service no. Works. They keep us waiting for 10 mins and the call disconnects.
What kind of service is this?

If you cannot keep the warranty terms given by your organisation then dont give warranty.

It is a total waste of time and money.
