[Resolved]  Boat — To give proper Info about the progress of product in service centre and send its replacement as early as possible

I baught rockerz 275 v2 of boAt and after some days the one side of earphones not working so I send it to service centre 7-8days before but still I doesn't get any replacement or progress of return
