My ticket number is 1560848. It has been more than 1 month since my product pick up still I didn't receive my product back. Such delay in service. The status mentions 2 or 5 business days for one status update but they take almost 1-2 weeks extra for each operation. Why such delay in dispatching even after the product has been replaced? In the status it says 5 business days for the dispatch but now 1week. And no response from them.
