Boat — Tried online warranty claim and it surprisingly worked

I’ve been using boAt products since my college days back in 2017, so I’ve seen how their service has changed over time. Earlier, if something went wrong, I had to visit the service centre and then wait for weeks to get anything done.

This time, I tried their online warranty claim, and it was a completely different experience. I raised the request on their website, they picked up the product from my home, and within a week I had the replacement in hand. Honestly, the whole process felt much smoother compared to what I was used to.
