Boat — Unavailability of door to door service during pandemic

My whole family is trying not to go outside during the times of pandemic as we lost a close relative to covid in the early stages of the outbreak. Me and my family have avoiding to go outside since then. I raised my issues to the concerned authorities and asked for a way to hook me up with the door to door service. This went on for weeks and during this back and forth my warranty period got expired. Please look into the matter
