I am facing issue with my boat rugby speaker. For that battery issue I have raised complaint on 13th April 2021 and ticket number is "2253702". And in the request status i could see replacement product issues and i got the replaced product on 30th May 2021. It took more than 30 day to get replaced product.
Actually the product is not replaced one i got the same product which i used. After that i tried the speaker turned on and it is not working. So i thought because of low battery. I pluged in and tried after some time and result is same it is not turning on.
I raised another complaint on 30th May, request number "2436181". And status is showing warranty expired.
What can i do now? Speaker issue not resolved yet and product warranty expired because of your delayed delivery and fooled me by giving the complaint product back. Instead of providing replaced one.
The issue is already been escalated, and they having the source and evidence. They accepted the issue and created a ticket by them self "33509547". After 2-3 week the ticket closed automatically without doing anything and again i called support team and they said you raised another ticket number they will resolve earlier, so i raised again "3592001" and in that also they provided the update is warranty period expired.
I need my speaker back with perfect condition because i loved that product very much and i love boat products. I hope you can resolve this issue as earlier.
For this, i have called customer support 13-15 time and everytime they were telling "no worries issue will resolve within 2 days" now it took more than 6 month. Still issue not yet resolved.
I really fed up with this issue and i having all the phone records which i talked with customer care. Please help me to resolve this issue. Was this information helpful? |
