I purchased a BoAt airdopes 161 pro celestial blue color from BoAt's official website, but the product had technical issues and I claimed the warranty of the product for the replacement or repair of the same. The product was picked up by the courier agent and I received a confirmation that the claim has been accepted and I will receive a replacement of the product. But due to unavailability of the same product, i was being offered a similar product, but in real, the alternate product was inferior in model and lacked some features which were there in the original model. Therefore, I complained a lot of times regarding the same, but no satisfactory reply was given.
After a few days, I received a call from BoAt that the same product is in-stock but in different color (black). I accepted and asked to send that product to be sent. As my address had changed, they asked me to drop a mail of the new address and said that my product will be sent to the new address.
But it has been more than a week today, I haven't received my product nor there is any proper reply regarding my issue. Everytime I mail, they give a same reply that the issue is being addressed to the team.
Please take some serious actions and help me get my product at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
