Boat — warranty

The customer service is answered by an automated system asking me to register the product and sent me a link which does not work. I have tried visiting their website and registering but i have yet to receive the confirmation message and it has been more than 10 days. I tried to mail them and again they sent me a mail saying to register on their website but there is no response from them, no matter how many times i tried to register. And sometimes the website doesn't work. Claiming warranty on a defective product product shouldn't be this hard.. I feel like they purposefully made it this hard to claim the warranty.

I buy abluetooth earphones boat 255s and it's creating power problem I complained in boat site they will collect product now they will not responding and not given any update and also close my complain last 15 day they will not responding and not given any update not return my product also ..
