Boat — Warranty claim customer service not satisfied

I registered warranty claim on 19th August itself and my product also picked my it's wirless headset Boat 335 ... Till now I didn't get any information about the status and anything

I tried to call customer care they least bothered about my issue and simply saying it will reflect after 72 hours and mail to us else they just cut the call..

I didn't expect this much service from boat
