I boat a wireless headphone and when it got compliant I sent it to the service centre by registering on their website itself. Item picked with in a week which is 19 November 2021. And after 2 weeks boat team sent an email like it was a manufacturing defect and item will be replaced. And it will another model only due to particular product availability. Which I agreed. After that I sent many mails to get an update but they never replied. Also I made call which they were disconnecting in between. Finally somebody talked to me and said item not dispatched yet and don't know when that will happen.

Its been more than a month an till this moment they are not willing acknowledge my email and not capable of saying when I will receive my product. PI would like to take some actions on this. Was this information helpful? |
