I have claimed warranty for my boat 255pro+ which is given for replacement of 205pro (upgraded product for 205pro)
Xpressbees has been collected my product yesterday and also sended me a message about that they picked my product (255pro+)
But boat didn't send any message or email regarding the process and their warranty claim page also not updated

I need to know what process is going for warranty claim process
