I have purchased boat xtend smart watch with alexa built-in, 1.69" HD Display, Multiple watch faces, Stress Monitor, HR & SpO2 Monitoring 14 sports modes, sleep monitor, 5 ATM& 7 DAYS Battery Life (Olive Green) from Amazon on 28.02.2023.
I was facing connecting issue with my purchased item.
So i have raised a complaint under warranty provide by boat on dated 08.06.2023 (Ticket No.[protected].
Pickup was done on 10.06.2023.
Today I have received the notification from boat service team that they found the product to be wrong product and my claim is rejected, and in product varification report I was found that there is image of different product, but I have sent smart watch to the boat and as per their policy pickup boy was verified my product before pickup.
Please look into the matter.
