We rise compliant to pick up for service in warranty period, they ask for invoice original bill pdf. Then again we raise new ticket number within warranty period. But they never responded until it expiry. They ask us three times to rise ticket numbers. We do but they never answer within period, after they gave mail as out of warranty. This totally absurd. Asper warranty company have to responsible to serve us within terms and conditions. Please respond, don't escape with lockdown reason about delay of service.
