Boat — Warranty products damaged by service center
I have purchased BOAT earbuds 138 in may month from one electronic shop of 1400/-. after some days right earbuds was not worked so i went to that shop he said raise the online complaint boat team will pickup your product after complaint and repair and return your product. i have raised product also picked by BLUEDART person. i got message of product that product received will confirm the status after checking.
after checking they given messaged to me your product is received damaged after receiving 4-5 days. and send me image link of damaged product. in that imaged i saw that my left earbuds was total damaged which is total in working condition before pickup.
total disappointed of BOAT fake service. because before pickup i was using my left side earbuds and now they told your left earbuds received damaged.
i have same this issue sent on mail but didn't received any reply from this id [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com
very third class service by BOAT.
i want replace new earbuds or money from BOAT.
