I had purchased a boat rockerz 255 sports bluetooth wireless earphone on 8th july 2019 through amazon. It was working well and the sound quality is great. Today only one side of the earphones work. On the right side, there is no sound. Please note that the product is within the warranty period.
I understand the current lockdown situation hence i mailed them requesting a replacement of the earphones once the situation returns to normalcy. Mails to the mail id - [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com do not work. Mails do not even get delivered. What is the process to claim warranty?? Was this information helpful? |
