My boat rockerz 235v2 headphones stopped working properly and i applied for a replacement. They collected the product 30 days ago and still haven't notified me about whether i will be getting a replacement or not. The product is still under warranty as i had purchased it less than 5 months ago. When i call customer care, i get a message saying "we're sorry that we couldn't answer your call. We'll get back to you shortly." but they never call back. I've been trying to contact customer care for the past 5 days.
I have also mailed to support mail domain.
Still i did not get any feedback from them.
