As my earphone was malfunctioning and was under warranty period, so i'd raised an replacement request and the same was duly accepted and collected by one the courier representative. But i have'nt received any notification regarding the same and have'nt received the replacementas well!!! It has been like more than a week since your representative collected that earphone from me. So it's my humble request from you guys to look into it and resolve my issue.
