Boat — wrong product delivered as a replacement.

Hi team,

I am writing this email for the third time to convey my worst experience with boat.

I have purchased the boat earphone [boat rockerz unisex 275 active black in ear wireless headphones] on 27th nov, order no.:[protected]-6929903.

My earphones stopped working so i raised the support case 392290 to replace the product and the new product got delivered to me but i found that new product was in faulty condition so i again raised the complaint on 23 august 2019 under ticket number 473504.

The worst thing is that, this time i got the product delivered but it is not the same which i ordered. My product which i purchased was [boat rockerz unisex 275 active black in ear wireless headphones] but the product i have received is boat rockerz 255 which is very cheap as compared to my product.

The whole process took 2 months and still i haven't haven't received my original product replaced.

I request you to escalate this matter to the highest authority or else i will raise my complaint to the consumer forum.
