I had purchase online power bank of mi-brand (Xiamomi) of rating 20400mah, instead they have send me faluty samsung power bank which is duplicate make and along with that they have send me charging cable of mi make, now this power bank is completely useless as this dont have any charging source in it, the system is completely bypass as the usb output get charge only when power is on, else no backup. On /off switch is not functioning. I had call consumer care of the site, call ring and turn off directly without any response.
