I booked a ticket in pvr and my booking ID was

When i went to picadli Chandigarh Mr Ashish senior said over there that its not confirmed yet.My Amount got deducted i got message + i got booking confirmation email . I request you to look into this matter and solve it out. Senior authority said that you can wait for a refund. I donot know that much
