Book My Show — Refund my money

Money deducted from my SBI account today as I was making online transaction to book 2 movie tickets from book mt show app. Amount has been debited but ticket is not booked. Got very much iritated as there was other commitments. Transaction Ref No IG0APRTOP6 for Rs.334.2 on 01/09/2015 01:08:43..Please refund my amount back to my SBI account.
