I booked a flight tickets on 26.02.2020 for 25.04.2020. Due to Covid19 pandemic it is automatically cancelled. I tried many times to contact yatra customer care but didn't get success. Then i chat with customer care and they always say the refund process has been initiated at our end for the reference number[protected]. Request you to please check for update after 48 hrs.
