Hi,
I booked a hotel room thru Booking.com.
However the location of the hotel as shown on map is ambiguous.
The GPS coordinates point to middle of the road, not a building.
I asked booking.com to get the correct location and map details from the owner of the hotel, but they are just providing scripted responses.
They send out a message and after after 2 days reply that the owner has not responded.
Booking.com fooled me by saying that there's a technical error with the messaging system but there's none.
The owner of guest house is not responding to my messages sent thru booking.com and despite repeated complaints to booking.com they are not doing anything.
This is total unprofessional approach to the customer needs.
Just scripted AI responses do not help. Solution is needed. Was this information helpful? |
