I cannot even figure out where to start from. If I said it's a scam that'd be underexpressing the issues they have put me through. They are inconsistent, unresponsive and every time I email them about not communicating back they would whine about the correspondent quitting the company. I have been stuck with the same manuscript for over one year now since I first submitted it as a participation to their writing marathon in April 2021 for which I had to pay Rs.1770 entry fee. I have been redirected to 4 different correspondents who did absolutely nothing. I chose a package with the promise of illustration and a personalized book cover for my book. Their service and team is so horrible and unskilled that I had to provide my own illustrations and cover picture for the book.
After being provided with everything from the author's side they could not bring the book to light. It was never published and every time I complain about it on their social media they deliberately delete my comments. I am not even expecting any damage control at this point. When I asked for a pay back/refund they redirected me to their project lead who couldn't seem to care less.
Their service is horrible. I will never recommend anyone to publish with them, an absolute scam and waste of your money and your potential. If their team has any shame they would just refund the entry fee I had paid for the submission last year. Not genuine at all. Pathetic treatment of clientel. Please give me my money back.
