Bookleaf Publishing India — Fraudsters! have not published my book in 1 year

I came through their page on insta and applied for a book publish of only 20 poems. They were involved with me in the initial phase post which they stopped responding to me. I am exhausted following up with them on the emails and insta but no response. They are frauds who are exploting literature and the writers for petty embezzlement. Please look into this. Have my book published or my money returned.

Same is happening with me.

I am in this same situation; I signed up from an Instagram post without looking it up. I signed up in April 2021, and they can’t even publish the book despite how I paid for illustration, cover design and editing services. I will lodge a formal complaint over the weekend. It is also challenging for me to dispute as I am in Australia.
