On June 16, 2025, over $400 CAD, was withdrawn from the card without the cardholder’s knowledge or authorization. These charges were made on AMZXsolla*, a merchant with whom we have no affiliation.
Despite multiple emails to BookMyForex support, we have not received a case ID, confirmation of a dispute process, or any update on the status of this issue since the last week.
