Bookmyoffer.com — Complain about bad quality of Mi 10400 mah and Samsung 2600 mah power bank.

I have ordered Mi 10400 Mah power bank worth 641 Rs. including delivery charges on 28/07/2015 . I have also got Samsung 2600 mah power bank which was given free with Mi power bank . Both power banks are looks like they are fake. Mi power bank doesn't looks like it has 10400 mah capacity. It charges and discharges very fast so i think it would have very low battery storage capacity. Same problem with Samsung power bank. On 6/8/2015 I have received these power banks and I have tried it but as I had told above it's not working correctly or fake.
