Dear sir i ordered 10400 mah power bank of xiaomi combo with 2600 mah samsung power bank from bookmy offer through cod method..i got my product on 14.08.2015 at 2:15 pm. through delhivery courier ..i paid rs 641 when.i opened the courier i found that cover of power bank was damaged..when i charged my movile it was not charging..i than charged the power bank for more than 24hrs thinking as power bank was not charged. again after charging power bank i charged my mobile but i was shocked to find my mobile was not charging through both power bank..i have already mailed you and Tracking ID: E2E-AJE-P1ND (Ticket number: 8197) but i didnt get any mail from.your side till now..i am really wirried..it will be better if you refund my money and take back your power bank...pleaseeeee do repllyyyy Was this information helpful? | |||
