Dear sir, I need to take legal action against them, they send duplicate product, damaged and faulty. Customer care doesn't pick the phone. All cals get disconnected in few seconds. After severe try i got connected to their line and my complaint was registered complaint no 72391, 72400, 72404 but till now no response. Bookmyoffer.com, a online shopping site ..I ordered a mi power bank 10400, but its not working, charging time is very low ...customers care was not receiving the call...I want my cash back otherwise I complaint in consumer court and give an FIR in local police station...
