I have received a corrupted memory card. When tried to contact the customer care via Email & Phone, there is no response. Basically, the CC number updated in website will take you to 1, 2, 3 options but does not proceed further.

Also I have posted complaints via email & there are no responses for that as well.

In my opinion, they are not committed to customers and are basically frauds by not taking responsibility of faulty products being delivered.

Please help getting this sorted.

Faulty item delivered order no. is [protected] return it because it was not working and also not a exact thing which was written and shown also calling on customer care no. it was saying wait then disconnect.

    I book my order [protected] on 08.02.2017. This order delivery on date 12/02/2017. but this was not same which i ordered. The product does not work properly. it is damage fully and too much old . I had mailed them too but no revert.The customer care number also doesn't work.s there any way I can get a status update or refund on my order. if Customer Care service not Response my complaint then i should action in consumer court .
    please refund my money and pickup your product .

After four days I received parcel of damaged microSD card, so when i checked it with my computer, I found it to be 0GB. Kindly help me out to receive my amount of INR.448.

              I had placed a prepaid order on Bookmyoffer website on 5.2.2017 and the expected delivery date was 8.2.17 but I still haven't received the product yet.
              I had mailed them too but no revert.
              The customer care number also doesn't work.
              Is there any way I can get a status update or refund on my order.
