I had ordered a pair of shoes. But the product delivered is totally different in size, colour and is of bad quality, the payment charged is total Rs. 1149 (Rs 999 product price, 100 shipping and 50 COD charges).

Also tried to contact on the phone number provided on the website to complain regarding this but number (+91-[protected]) is not working and none of the e-mails are deliverable to the e-mails id they provided.

P.S: Attached are the photos of actual product ordered and the product I received for kind perusal from your side.

I have recently purchased a powerbank from your website, on website description it was mentioned that the power bank consist 25000Mah battery but when the product is been delivred yesterday it was showing 16800mAh on the product.

And am unable to reach their customer care as it was a fake website. The shoe cost is of rs. 1150 it is not even worth of 200rps. I had ordered a samsung 64g memory card from saturday sunday media internet pvt ltd, that is WWW.bookmyoffer.com. the prodcut was delivered to me on 27january 17february -2016 and i found the product was damanged. I tried calling on the call centre number but no body responded to the calls. I called up again and a lady picked up the but her reponse was not in proper manner. She was not ready to talk to me also. After taking the order number suddenly checked in and system and did not repsond properly and told me if you have a sent a mail the back end team will reply back to you. The company is doing fraudlent to the customer, better take action immediately on this company. My order no.[protected]. I have paid rs. 598/- by cash at the time of delivery. I ordered a Samsung 20000mAh power bank but they delivered me 16800mAh power bank and also it cannot working .
Then i called the customercare number it says that press 1 for connect to our customer care
Press 2 for complaints
Then i pressed 2 it says please wait
Then the call was disconnected.
It happened several times.
Then i press 1 then also the same thing happened .
They have cheated me

Request everyone not to order product through this fraudulent online site. They gave ad of adidas or Reebok shoes for 999 and delivered some local made shoes worth 200/- . They don't have any refund or return process. How can such company do open fraud and still survive. I am going legal against this company but sure given address will also be fake. All my friends beware of this company. Don't waste your hard earned money on them.
