I ordered 25000mah powerbank of Mi, but they provide me 20000mah samsung powerbank, which is not working at all.Product is malfunctioned and scratches are all over the body of powerbank
When calling the customer care, they simply disconnect the phone call and when i mailed them, there also they didn't respond.They simply disconnect the phone all the time and even not responding to mails.Please have a look on my problem. Thank You

My brother ordered Powerbank from http://www.bookmyoffer.com at Rs. 600/-. But they delivered duplicate product. When we tried to call on their customer care no. +91-[protected] its automatically get disconnected and when we send a mail to them [protected]@bookmyoffer.com there were no response from their end.
We hope that you will take quick action. Please take a legal action on them. so that other customer cannot get be cheated.

I have ordered Adidas shoe and Samsung power bank which they have shown me in the online shop instead of the product they gave me the another shoe and irrelevant size product I have been calling the customer care they are not responding it's very bad very difficult for the customer so please kindly take back the product and refund the money

I ordered 25000 mah Samsung power bank. But company send me 20000 mah Samsung power bank. More over this power bank is also defective. Even though power bank is fully charged it doesn't charge my mobile. Charging of power bank reduced promptly.
