I ordered a micromax mobile from your online site on 02/02/2017. Order no.[protected] and paid rs.1348 through mobikwik. Whenever i check the status of this order it shows expected shipping date 07/02/2017. But today 22/02/2017 still i haven't got my product.
Hence please cancel my order and rerfund the money. Whenever i called the number [protected] will say wait for some time. But after 30second call will disonnected.

This is the worst company among all online shopping and it will change the opinion in the customer about online shopping - as fake goods, no response for customers calls, damaged goods or product replace-refund etc.

So please take this complaint as seriously and ban this website, otherwise they will cheat more more online shoppers.

I booked a moble with Bookmyoffer.com website on 24 dec 2016. So far, I didnt receive my mobile and more than 100+ times I tried to reach the website. NO one is answering and not replying my emails. I paid 1998 rupees for this and feeling really bad on this website because of the fraud they are doing.

I ordered a 64GB samsung Evo+ SD card on 12th Feb 2017 for Rs.598 and received a faulty 128GB memory card instead. No response over phone and email. Fraudulent company. Have launched a complaint in the Consumer cell of the TN government. My order confirmation number was - [protected]. I'm also send Complain mail to bookmyoffer.com but no reply from this company and no action take for return this product.My registered mobile No [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com. i think this site cheat everyone because after this incident i read some review of this site, almost every one Complain against same topic. please help me for return this product. I have purchased samsung power bank which is totally duplicate product
Now when i have asked for refund, there is no response from merchant.
Purely fradulant online shopping site, please do not buy anything on this site.

I have tried to conatact them though mails & phone, but nothing is working.
Kindly get these cheaters / fradulers out of their hide outs and should be put behind bars, its not the question of not my money but imagine thousands of customers will loose their money in this. This is a scam and needs immediate attension from repective agencies, else many will get cheated like me & others who posted similar complaints on forum.
I am sure no one will act on this including consumer complaint forum for sure. They will ignore this mail & say one more bakra.
However others will stop purchasing any products from this site and will not lose their money in this scam.

Bought 64 GB Samsung memory card but the provided memory card had only 15 GB space in it and the product is also duplicate. Tried contacting their customer care but that also seems to be bogus.
