Got dead product. They have replaced the product with another dead product.

Now no response on call/mail/

However let me give you brief summary:-

1. Received dead product on 22 april 2016 and raised a ticket for the same. (Case tracking id: w8z-x9s-war2)
2. Very hard to contact customer care (Call disconnect automatically after 30 sec)
3. Got a chance to talk to customer care but got the replacement after 20 days which is again a dead product.
4. Now, trying to contact everyone from last 10 days but no one is listening.
