This complain is against online shopping from bookmyoffer.com . I purchased Samsung 16800mah powerbank from this site but they delivered defective product. Powerbank isn't working properly not charging phone . I called them but they r not replying even I complaint online on support.bookmyoffer.com on the next day of delivery of the product but the site or complain team of bookmyoffer isn't replying .
