I tried booking 5 tickets for KGF 2 on 5th of May and the total amount was ₹1443.80. The amount was debited from my account but i did not receive any confirmation or tickets and nor does it show on the purchase history section. I tried calling and contacting the customer service but they fail to provide any satisfactory answer. This is highly inconvenient as the money was pooled by my friends and now i have no tickets for the movie and have lost all their money. Please resolve this issue and i will be highly grateful.
