BookMyShow Customer Care's response Dear Dhruv,

We are sorry to know about the inconvenience you faced while transacting on our website on 2 Sep 2014 9:50 PM and the refund for the amount charged was already initiated from our end on[protected]:09:45. However it takes a maximum of 10 working days from the date of transaction for the amount to get refunded back to the account. The reversal reference code for the transaction is 519439.

Your concern is very important to us, however there is no provision to convert a failed transaction into a confirmed booking.

Please quote the mentioned code to the card issuing bank to know the exact status of your transaction.
