I booked tickets today on their app to watch thor with my friends. The booking was supposed to be done for saturday nov 11. On my first attempt when i had selected date correctly, the payment transaction got declined because of wrong card details. When i rebooked the tickets, apparently the date defaulted to today which is the 10th. I was not careful enough to check that as i expected the date to remain same. And no where in the booking process they ask explicitly to select or confirm the date. After booking the tickets and when sharing the ticket details with my friends we got to know that the booking was done for the wrong date.
When i contacted the customer care, they refused to refund or reschedule the tickets.
Isn't this a con act by this site? Why are they charging a hefty convenience fee if they can't do a simple thing like rescheduling? What kind o[censored]ser experience (Or the lack of it) is it to not even ask the customer to explicitly pick a booking date or confirm that? Was this information helpful? |
