This is the second time in a row that i am facing issue with book my show as i booked ticket for sunday oct 1 for judwaa 2 i didn't got the confirmation email i thought it's ok as it was a busy day. The day i visited the theatre on oct 1 i was surprised to see that website was showing booking for friday september 29. When i asked the theatre people to help me they declined my request but told me that lot of people are complaining about book my show as there is some server issue going on. The representative over the phone from book my show couldn't understand as to how she can help me. As i said i faced the same issue when i booked the tickets for the movie tubelight. I booked it for sunday n website somehow changed it for friday. Last time as well i didn't get any help from book my show. They clearly are cheating on customers. On Sunday I had done a transaction of 832/- to my bank from my BMSwallet it has been showing sucessful but the money was not refunded in bank, regarding this I had contacted support from my BMS app but they are not responding, where was the problem, How would you be careless about support session

I have booked 10 tickets in nartaki theatre bangluru the amount as been detected but no confirmation barcode is received to me
