I have booked many tickets using bookmyshow. They are charging unnecessary convenience fee for all tickets. Same tickets in insider they are charging anything extra. They are not adding convenience fee or any hidden/extra charges. There service is very bad. They have been tied up with mega events and doing bogus in name of tickets. Recommend not to buy any tickets thru this site.

We would like to inform you that the Internet Handling Fee is additionally charged/levied on your transactions with BookMyShow for the online booking facility provided by us using which the customers get a wide range of choices to book their tickets for various movies, events, etc. with convenient modes of payment.

It enables customers to book tickets in advance for the shows desired to be attended by them and thus avoid the hassles of traveling to the cinema/venue in advance in order to book the desired seats for the shows.

BookMyShow respects and abides by the guidelines laid down by the highest regulatory authorities of the country. We will follow all legal procedures as mandated
