[Resolved]  BookMyShow — cancel my tickets

BookMyShow Customer Care's response Dear Mr. Jangam, We regret the know that you will unable to attend the show. Once the tickets are booked, the seats are sold at the cinema's end and we being a ticket aggregate cannot cancel, exchange or refund a confirmed booking. Ideally in such scenarios, we recommend the customers to gift the tickets to friends/family and authorise them to attend on your behalf. Your feedback is very valuable to us, however there are some rules which we have to abide by. Looking forward to serve you in future soon.
