BookMyShow — Cancelled the tickets I booked for the movie "Connect" without giving reason as to why the cancelled the show

This was the above msg I received today they didn't give a reason as to why the show was cancelled, I'm terribly dissatisfied . They have noted that the refund is processed but still I didn't get the refund back, if they cancel the show at their own convenience how are we supposed to watch movies in theatres, at least I deserve a explaination why the show has been cancelled.
