[Resolved] BookMyShow — cancelled ticket amount not refunded

An amount of 4057/- has not been refunded by bookmyshow for a cancelled event after multiple calls/emails/follow-ups. They promise to help us in the refund process everytime but no action has been taken so far. Please take action against this company since they are just cheating us, nothing else. Havent seen a company more irresponsible and fraud.

Last 2 day's i tried many time various cinema for golmalagain movie.i fill all of details n used by debit card but not process my tickets.whats a problem pls inform me.my mob.no.[protected].pls check errors.i don't understand what's do with me.already one time I booked my movie ticket in past time.
