BookMyShow — Cheating by showing different cinema | |||||
I booked 2 tickets for the movie "Shivalinga" on last friday when I went to the theatre on saturday the movie that was being projected was "Shivaganga". Please note that "SHIVAGANGA" and "SHIVALINGA" are different cinema of different language. The cinema authorities when asked told that the bookmyshow agent has put SHIVALINGA in place of SHIVAGANGA and it not their concern. Bookmyshow support team is not responding properly.
