[Resolved] BookMyShow — complaint about the customer care executive misbehave | |||||
Recently i talk to the customer care executive mr. Manzoor... During the first phase of conversation he talked to me very politely but after sometime he talked very rough and used a very misbehaving voice which i didn't like at all... I experienced very bad feelings during this conversation. I think he should know how to talk with the customer... I think a valid accountable person should look after this issue seriously and should observe that the customer should treated well because we haven't call the customer care for time pass, we called because we experienced some problem and if the customer care executive behave like this than sorry we have to stop using your application Was this information helpful? | |||||
