[Resolved] BookMyShow — did not honour the offer for card which is already saved in app | |||||
Bookmyshow is not at all customer friendly. Their offers are mere for attracting users but in reality bms do not want user to take benefit of the offers. It happened to me twice and bms do not want to take any feedback from customers and do not want to do anything. I have lost 1000+ inr in two transactions done through bms. When i asked for refund, bms customer support do not want to give any offer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
