[Resolved]  BookMyShow — Did not receive refund for cancelled movie

Purchased Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui for Rs-468.44, Booking ID : BAELKDB on 14th of December 2021 in the Fun Cinemas:Regent Theatre, Patna.movie was cancelled, however, did not receive refund for the same. Could you please re-initiate the refund process?
