I have booked 3 movie tickets (Telugu Movie RRR) on 08th April 2022 at 2.20 pm (approximately) for the next day's show in Hyderabad. I got an error screenshot after the first booking which I can share later for reference. Since I have not received any confirmation of the tickets, I end up booking again (3 more tickets).
I have reached their email support team and they reluctantly say we can't cancel the tickets instead, you can share these tickets with your family members. I have also talked to their support team and shared all the required details but even then they didn't assure me of any confirmation of the refund of the tickets. I am ending up on the losing side due to their technical fault.
