I had booked 2 tickets for a show in Delhi later they changed the timings and did not send any communication, and it was not possible for us to attend the show at the changed timings, so I contacted their customer care service but they were not helping with anything at all either they should have refunded or shared some other resolution, None of it was given. When booking were happening it was showing 3:30 pm timings on 9th October and later they changed it to evening time and did not informed about this so I contacted them to check on this to communicate it will not be possible for us to attend at the evening time, they had no resolution instead were telling me they can't refund as it is against their policy. How is a customers fault if organisers changed their timings. Was this information helpful? |
