BookMyShow — Extra Cost in form of donation by BookMyShow

I have booked tickets in BookMyShow on 10/29/2023 for the movie shown in tha attached screenshot. Everything looks fine untill I noticed that they have an extra Rs 4/- added as donation for 4 tickets,

The problem I found is that that 4rs is not a matter to keep it as a donation after paying extra amount in form of GST etc.. and who knows that they are really donating or using for good all the amount they are collecting from us?? Does anyone believe it, for me it looks like new way of scamming customers, are they that concerned about poverty rather than their business now all of a sudden??

Anyways, I wanted to remove that 4rs which they auto added at the time of payment, so I tried removing it, but they didn't allowed me to remove, seriously 😳. I tried 3 times and I faced same issue. So they badly need my 4rs to remove poverty???

There left no option for me to neither to cancel the payment and choose other source to book or pay that 4rs to them. As we are need of booking tickets as soon as possible, we went with payment.

I just want to bring this issue/new way of looting in front of the public, which need to be addressed by BookMyShow as soon as possible!!

I have attached a screenshot that I took at time of payment, in that screenshot, when I clicked remove option near that 4rs contribution to BookASmile, the error appeared as shown in screen not allowing me to remove. Please have a look into it!
